Lojas Renner is the largest fashion retailer in Brazil and has designed a new store model focused on improving the experience and earn the LEED certification, designed and awarded by the non-governmental organization United States Green Building Council (USGBC).
How to minimize possible dissonances in the experience cycle and maximize motivations and emotions through sound in one of the largest retail chains in Brazil?
We researched deeply to identify the key moments of the shopping experience. By doing so, we discovered which strategic sound patterns existed in that experience and how they could influence people positively or negatively. Then we brought in technology and acoustics experts for the project. Our goal was to co-create a solution that gives a new meaning to the role of sound to both customers and collaborators while at the same time making every acoustic material a positive impact for the LEED label.
